Schedule of Fees for New Home Construction

$1,700 - Architectural Review Fees. $1,200 Refundable upon completion of the home in accordance to approved plans.
$5,500 - Cottonwood Mutual Water Company (Culinary Water). The Fee is a total of $3,000 Connection Fee and $2,500 Improvement Fee.
$3,500 - Mountain Green Secondary Water. The Fee is a total of $2,000 Connection Fee and $1,500 Improvement Fee.
$3,456 - Mountain Green Sewer District. The $3,456 fee is for Cottonwoods Phases 1-3. The Fee for a Phase 4 lot is $0. There is a $100 inspection fee for all new connections.
$194.12 - Mountain Green Fire Protection District.
