All Cottonwoods lots are improved with culinary water, secondary water, sewer, natural gas, power and telephone and are accessed from a paved road.

Can I use my own builder?
Yes.  There is no requirement to use a specific builder or house plan.  However, there are covenants, conditions, and restrictions designed to protect sensitive areas from the impact of private-property ownership.
